Refrigerant Float Switch

The Hansen Refrigerant Float Switch (HLL series) is used to electrically indicate or control a liquid level by opening or closing a single pole, double throw (SPDT) switch. Its simple, reliable design provides long life performance for almost any application.

HS2 Solenoid Valve

Hansen Solenoid Valves are designed and built specifically for industrial refrigeration. These high-quality valves are compact, strong-bodied, and reliable. Stainless steel pistons or disc-pistons with Teflon seals are used to overcome the problem of valve sticking due to dirt or lack of oil. Pilot seats are polished stainless steel on Teflon discs and main valve seats and discs align for tight closing. Each valve is tested on a sensitive leak detection system to ensure reliable operation, safety, and tightness.

HS7 Solenoid Valve

This flanged, heavy duty, pilot-operated, industrial refrigeration solenoid valve controls the flow of refrigerant. When electrically energized, a slight pressure difference across the valve causes it to open wide; when de-energized, a spring promptly closes the main Teflon seat to stop all flow in the arrow direction on the valve body.

Threaded Shut-Off Valves

The advanced design and materials of Hansen threaded refrigerant shut-off valves make them far superior to commonly-available products, especially in regard to non-leakage of seats, stems, and bonnets. Anyone who has experienced the failure of a shut-off valve at a crucial time will take care to insist upon these highly-reliable valves.

Butt Weld Shut-Off Valve

Hansen low pressure drop refrigerant shut-off valves are designed to be butt-welded directly to steel piping, thereby eliminating potential leaky flanges or threaded joints and simplifying installation. Cast steel bodies are lightweight, yet have substantial wall thickness to overcome corrosion potential.

VPIF Valve Position Indicator (Obsolete)

The Valve Position Indicator, model VPIF, is a digital monitoring module for use with Sealed Motor Valves (SMV). The VPIF displays the valve position during normal (automatic) operation. It can also be used to locally open or close the valve. This is particularly helpful when servicing or recalibrating the valve is required.

Liquid Refrigerant Pump

Hansen Liquid Refrigerant Pumps offer a simple, proven design which is quiet and compact. These pumps have no shaft seals to leak to atmosphere. The rotor of the direct drive motor is inside of a stainless steel "can" while the external electrical stator is surrounded by an additional pressure-tight housing to further ensure against any possible loss of fluid.
